We’d be happy to put up anyone who is interested in staying in a house rather than a hotel. We can offer only a futon in the living room, but the cats will welcome you, and it’s close to the El Cerrito del Norte BART station.
Hi Lloyd. Long time. I wouldn’t mind taking you up on offer if ok. I’ve rented car from airport, could get to Berkeley 10-11am, will go straight to symposium. then I have 6am sunday flight back, so will be leaving super early. let me know if ok. I can also look for motel.

Glad to have you stay here! It sounds like simple logistics, given a working alarm clock. I hope that cats aren’t a problem, since we have three. I’ll likely see you before you need to find your way here.
I’m staying at the UC Berkeley Faculty Club (Friday night – Sunday morning). I will not have a car so would appreciate getting a ride from someone to different events, if possible. Thanks and really looking forward to this! Marea

I am scheduled to land in SFO at 11:25 a.m. on Friday. I plan to rent a car and drive over to Berkeley. Anyone else arriving around that time? If so, I can give you a lift. -Kellie
My car (automatic, seats 4 adequately and 5 in a pinch) will be available to borrow starting on Saturday morning. May partner and I will her car to get to Saturday events in my partner’s car, so if anyone wants to use mine, just let me know.
Ooops – I waited too late to get a room near campus – I’m a mile or so down University Ave. If anyone has a room to share we can both save some bucks (and I can save some travel).

Jack Longino is staying at my house in El Cerrito Saturday night but not Friday night. The accommodations are nothing fancy (a futon in the living room Friday; a sleeping bag Saturday), but you’re welcome to stay either one or both nights.
